Responsible AI, Blockchain & Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert

Ms. Hoffman is an accomplished leader and expert in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain, with a distinguished career spanning industry and government. Prior to her current role, she served as the Chief Technology Leader of Legal Strategy and Operations at Dell Technologies and spent a decade at IBM in Digital Transformation and Strategy, including as Co-Leader of the Global Watson AI Legal Practice. Her expertise in AI and Blockchain has earned her invitations to speak at prestigious events such as the Blockchain for Impact held at the UN in 2018 and the UN Data Forum in 2020 and 2021. 

Ms. Hoffman was also appointed as Chair of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) Distributed Ledger Technology and Market Infrastructure Subcommittee for the 2018 – 2021 term. She has testified in front of the CFTC on multiple occasions, including « Blockchain Privacy & Confidentiality » and « The Current State of Blockchain Adoption. » 

In June 2019, Congress submitted to the Congressional Record the paper she co-authored “Diversity in Blockchain’s Initial Review of Facebook’s Project Libra.” Ms. Hoffman has one published patent for « Detecting Clusters and Relationships in Large Data Sets » (20180096047) and one pending patent for « Method and System for Pattern-based Home Network Configuration » (END820160894). Additionally, she is the co-author of the book eDiscovery Plain & Simple (ISBN-13:97814394079) and the co-founder of Women in eDiscovery (founded in 2007) and Diversity in Blockchain (founded in 2017). 

She is a Harvard graduate who holds a Certificate of Leadership Development in National Security and Strategy from the U.S. Army War College. Her extensive experience and impressive accomplishments make her a highly respected figure in the world of Responsible AI and Blockchain.

Amreu is s the dynamic Business Development Manager at Guardrail MA/Cipher MA a leading force in AI and technology solutions driving innovation and transformation in Morocco. With a strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Health Science (specializing in Research and Development), Amreu combines expertise in both business strategy and practical applications within the health sciences field. 

With years of experience in business development, Amreu aims to successfully bridged the gap between emerging technology and real-world applications. Amreu has a proven track record in fostering partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and creating solutions that leverage AI and technology to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.

In addition to his deep understanding of business management and administration, Amreu has a unique ability to translate complex research and development innovations into scalable, impactful business solutions. This expertise allows him to play a pivotal role in expanding Guardrail MA/Cipher MA’s reach and cementing its position as a leader in Morocco’s technological evolution.

A State-certified Engineer in Computer Science and Networks, specializing in Applied Methods for Business Management (MIAGE). Possesses diverse professional experience in multiple domains such as insurance, banking, and blockchain, thriving as a freelance expert. Co-founder of CORETECH Consulting, a company dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions to a wide range of clients. With a multifaceted skill set, complex challenges are tackled and innovative solutions are delivered across various industries.

An engineer in information systems management graduated from ECAM-EPMI in France, with more than 8 years of experiences in banking sector as MOE/MOA and Tech. Lead. Expert in AXWAY tools (AIsuite, Interplay, Passport), and over the years has acquired expertise in the French (Scacchi, Taxis G7, Dassault System) Moroccan (CIH Bank, Bank Al maghrib, CDM) and Luxembourg (Société Générale) markets.

Neil has worked in a variety of management roles including 10 years with KPMG and PwC, and as advisory services manager for the Sustainable Energy Association. 

Neil has worked with multiple startups and early-stage businesses with the commercialisation and scaling of their technologies, as well as understanding undertaking due diligence on technology acquisitions from early-stage businesses. He has experience in government funding initiatives; as well as assisting, developing, commercialising emerging technologies, particularly those exporting to global marketplaces.

Through his 30 years of local and international experience, Peter has developed a wealth of knowledge to assist decision makers of client entities from publicly listed companies to SMEs across a wide range of industry groups. 

His capabilities include strategic planning, corporate and business structuring, real estate, venture capital and commercialisation of intellectual property.

Peter has often gone into assignments and businesses from ground-zero, which has included developing his own start-ups to commercial success, assisting the startups of others, chairing an international board and being the team leader of 25 personnel for a significant World Bank project.

Eamonn has a passion for quantum physics and computing. He earned a master’s degree in e-Commerce from Murdoch University in 2001, where he was awarded the prestigious Achievement prize for achieving the highest academic performance of the graduating year. Additionally, Eamonn has completed four university certificates in Quantum Physics and Quantum Computing.

In 2018, Eamonn founded the Quantum Education Centre of West Australia (QUECWA) to promote and raise awareness of quantum physics and computing, particularly among young people. He authored one of the first courses on Quantum Computing in Australia in 2019, titled « What Makes Quantum Computers So Special? ». 

Eamonn is an active member of the UWA Advisory Committee for « Quantum Girls, » the largest government-funded quantum computing project in West Australia.  Eamonn consults on a quarterly basis on Generative AI at the Pawsey Supercomputing Research Centre  where he writes and delivers the Generative AI Courseware.

Chris spent 35 years as a corporate advisory director of Chartered accounting firm William Buck (est. 1895) as well as holding directorships of public and private companies in Australia, USA, UK, China, Hong Kong & Singapore.
Chris provided strategic advice to a diverse range of clients in various industry sectors, including mining & energy, infrastructure, life sciences, digital & new generation technologies, capital markets and philanthropy.
Chris a deep interest in personal mentoring and transformational change with true purpose. He is a current co-founder of several digitization projects.
